Srinagar: Two OGWs (over-ground workers) were arrested along with arms and ammunition at a checking point in the Warpora area of Kreeri, Baramulla in north Kashmir, officials said on Thursday morning.
A joint checkpoint was established by SOG, army and SSB, and two persons moving suspiciously were apprehended, they said.
"After frisking the duo, two pistols, two pistol magazines and 15 live rounds were recovered,” they said.
They were identified as Suhail Gulzar and Waseem Ahmad Parra, with police saying that the duo was working for Lashkar-e-Toiba armed group.
However, their age wasn't immediately known.
