Srinagar: Police on Saturday said that a major tragedy was averted after an Improvised Explosive Device was recovered from Frisal area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
A top police officer said that today an IED was detected by forces in Frisal area.
Soon a bomb disposal squad was summoned to the spot to defuse the IED.
