Police Seize Properties of Four Who Went To Pakistan-Controlled Kashmir

Ganderbal: The Jammu and Kashmir Police seized the properties of four ‘militants’ who had illegally ‘exfiltrated’ Pakistan-controlled Kashmir, officials said. 
 
In a statement, the police explained that the immovable property of four 'absconders,' who had exfiltrated to Pakistan-controlled Kashmir, was attached on December 5th and 6th, 2023, in accordance with Government Order number 12/DM/GBL under FIR number 120/2009 2/3 E&IMCO of PS Ganderbal.
 
The spokesman stated, 'On December 5th, 2023, the properties of Lateef Khan (son of Kishwar Khan, residing in Gutlibagh, with land measuring 13 Marlas), Mohammad Hussain Shah (son of Aitibar Shah, residing in Wayil Gutlibagh, with land measuring 03 Kanals, 14 Marlas), and Wali-Ullah (son of Mohammad Abdullah Khan, residing in Gutlibagh, with land measuring 13 Kanals) were attached.'
 
Similarly, the police mentioned that on December 6th, the property of another absconder, identified as Farooq Ahmad Wani (son of Ghulam Nabi Wani, residing in Wanipora Saloora Ganderbal, with land measuring 01 Kanal 05 Marla under survey no. 423 Min, along with the building situated at estate Saloora), was attached in the same case.
 
According to the police, all four ‘absconders’ were exfiltrated for obtaining illegal arms and ammunition training.
