Sopore: A 17-year-old boy drowns in the Marbal Nallah (waterway) in Hardshiva village of Sopore, North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday afternoon.
He has been identified as as Amir Bashir Dar, son of Bashir Ahmed Dar- resident of Khanpura, Baramulla.
An official said that the boy drowned while taking a bath in the Nallah, however a rescue operation has been launched to retrieve his body.
