Sweden has expressed “regret" over the burning of Holy Quran outside a mosque during the Islamic festival of Eid Ul Adha and called the act "Islamophobic" after many Muslim countries gave boycott calls of the Swedish Products, South Asia Index reported.
As per reports, many Islamic countries have given boycott calls of Swedish products after the holy Quran was desecrated in Sweden for the second time this year.
Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan has also hinted at delaying Sweden’s NATO bid after it allowed the burning of Quran through a court order.
