Srinagar: Personal Security Officer of a BJP associate Abdul Rashid Zargar- identified as Saqib Tantry and his associate Arif – both residents of Bohipora area in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district have fled with two weapons and missing since the intervening night of December 12-13, Police said.
Saqib was deployed as the PSO (Personal Security Officer) of BJP Associate Abdul Rashid Zargar.’
Senior police of the district said Saqib had come to his BJP associate’s house and fled with two weapons and his family is also looking for him.

Sources said Abdul Rashid Zargar along with a cohort were kept in PWD building at Salkoot for protection.
“The duo has gone missing from the protected premises.”
The Move came after the civilian, non-local killings across Kashmir including Srinagar city.
