Srinagar: An unidentified male body was recovered in Aloochibagh area of Srinagar this afternoon and asked public to identify the person.
“Police Station Shergarhi was informed by a begger that an elderly male dead body, was found Allochi Bagh bund adjacent to UEED department, general public is directed to identify the body,” police said.
“Age -65 yrs to 70 years, Height -5ft 6inch, Colour-white, Beard- White, Religion – Muslim,” police added.
Police has shifted the body to SMHS (Shri Maharja Hari Singh Hospital) for further medico-legal formalities.
