Rajouri; A 20-year-old youth was injured after a rifle issued to a Village Defence Committee member went off in Lower Dhangri village in Rajouri district on Sunday.
He said that the injured was taken to GMC Associated Hospital Rajouri where he is undergoing treatment.
He said that police have taken cognizance of the matter the rifle has also been seized.
