Qazigund, Dec 05: Two OGWs were arrested along with two AK-47 rifles in the Lower Munda area of Qazigund in south Kashmir's Anantnag district, officials said.
The arrested individuals have been identified as Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, son of Rashid Bhat of Nipora, and Altaf Ahmad Lone, son of Abdul Ahad Lone of Teesan Kachpora Zadoora.
An official stated that at a NAKA (checkpoint) in Gulab Bagh near Lower Munda, the two OGWs were apprehended.
Two AK-47 rifles, four magazines, and several rounds of ammunition were recovered from their possession, the official added.
A case has been registered, and further investigations are underway.
