Poonch, 16 Feb: Indian and Pakistani troops exchanged fire for a short duration along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district on Sunday, officials said.
An Indian military post in the Gulpur sector came under fire from a forested area across the LoC around 11:30 a.m., they said.
"We retaliated, and the exchange lasted only a short time," an official said, adding that there was no damage on the Indian side.
