Kulgam: The body of a 15-year-old youth identified as Tawseef Ahmad, son of Khursheed Ahmad Bhat was found near a Water channel in Badroo area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday, officials said.
An official told KNO that some passersby spotted the body lying near the water channel and informed the police about it.
"Later, a team of police reached the spot and recovered the body,” he said.
