14-Year-Old Boy Drowns In Jhelum At Nawakadal, Srinagar

Srinagar: A 14-year-old boy drowned in river Jhelum at Nawakadal area of Srinagar on Wednesday evening, officials said.

Officials said that Momin Ahmad, a resident of Dal Hassanyar drowned in river Jhelum while taking a bath.

They said that soon after the incident a rescue operation was launched by (River Police) of Srinagar to retrieve the body.
