Srinagar: With five deaths, Jammu Kashmir reported 1966 persons positive covid cases in the last 24 hours and Ten cases of Omicron on Thursday.
889 out of these cases fresh cases were reported from the Jammu division and 1077 from Kashmir.
On Thursday, the number of omicron cases reached 23 in Jammu Kashmir.
Giving district-wise details of the fresh cases, the officials said that Srinagar reported the highest 416 cases, Baramulla 311, Budgam 159, Pulwama 12, Kupwara 26, Anantnag 39, Bandipora 53, Ganderbal 7, Kulgam 52, Shopian 2.
