Poonch: At least sixteen women were injured after a mud house collapsed in Khanetar village of Pir panjal’s Poonch district on Thursday.
An official said that the incident happened when people had assembled for demise condolence at the house of Zakir Hussain.
“Due to the heavy load of mourners, the roof of the house collapsed, resulting in injuries to 16 women,” he said.
The injured have been rushed to a hospital for treatment, he added.
Recently, many residential houses had land subsidence in the Chenab region’s Doda district.
