Baramulla: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Saturday arrested four persons with contraband substances in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
In a statement, Police said that a duo identified as Farooq Ahmad Dar and Mohd Altaf Sofi was arrested with 40 grams of Heroin at Chandoosa checkpoint.
Meanwhile, in Kunzer, Hilal Ahmad Wani & Bilal Ahmad Wani were arrested with 510 grams of hash & 11 Codeine Phosphate Syrups at the Dhobiwan Barzulla checkpoint.
Cases have been filed, and investigations are ongoing, it reads.
