More than 10,022 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli attacks in the besieged Gaza Strip since October 7 including 4,104 children as Israel continues aerial bombing for the 31st day with water plants, schools, residential buildings, and bakeries being targeted by air strikes amid communication blockade.
Moreover, over 88 UNRWA staff have been killed in Gaza, the highest number of UN fatalities ever recorded in a single conflict, as per UN.
As per fresh reports, hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in Northern Gaza are facing severe water shortage with dehydration and waterborne diseases being reported due to the consumption of unsafe water sources.

Reportedly, seven water facilities across the Gaza Strip were directly hit on 4 and 5 November, including three sewage pipelines in Gaza city, two water reservoirs (in Gaza City, Rafah and Jabalia refugee camp) and two water wells in Rafah with sewage flooding being reported from the area,
Moreover, other disease including casesof acute respiratory infections, diarrhoea and chicken pox continues to increase among people taking refuge at UNRWA shelters, according to the UN agency.
About 1.5 million people in Gaza are internally displaced (IDPs). Of them, some 717,000 are sheltering in 149 UNRWA facilities, 122,000 in hospitals, churches, and public buildings, 110,000 people in 89 non-UNRWA schools, and the remainder are residing with host families.
Also, over 192 medical staff were killed and 32 ambulances destroyed since October 7, while 16 hospitals are now out of service.
Protests were reported across the world demanding an immediate ceasefire.
