Public Safety Act against The Kashmir Walla (online portal) editor, Fahad shah, who was arrested in February last year has been quashed by Jammu Kashmir High Court on Thursday, reported Kashmiriyat.
Fahad is currently lodged at Kot Balwal jail in Jammu since June 2022.
Fahad was re-arrested three times in three separate cases despite securing bail twice and then he was booked under PSA.
In his PSA dossier, J&K police said his “modus operandi was to carry one or two stories per month which were based “entirely on the victimhood narrative that glorify stone pelters, terrorists and justify separatism and violence.”
