Kathua: The Jammu and Kashmir administration announced on Friday the appointment of IPS officer Anayat Ali Choudhary as the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) for Kathua district.
According to the administration's order: "In the interest of administration, it is hereby ordered that Anayat Ali Choudhary, IPS, AIG (Procurement) PHQ, is transferred and posted as SSP Kathua, vice Shiv Deep Singh Jamwal, who shall await further posting at Police Headquarters, till further orders."
Anayat Ali Choudhary, who previously served as AIG (Procurement) at the Police Headquarters, will replace Shiv Deep Singh Jamwal. Shiv Deep Singh Jamwal has been instructed to await further posting instructions at the Police Headquarters.
