Srinagar: A 25-old-year girl was found unconscious in her room in Srinagar's Nowhatta area and declared dead by the hospital, officials said.
An official said that despite the immediate response by her family members, who rushed her to the nearby JLNM Hospital, the doctors declared her brought dead.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and an investigation is said to be in motion in this regard.
