Shopian, Sep 7: A 28-year-old man was found hanging in an apple orchard in the Sugoo Handhama area of Zainapora in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Monday, officials said.
According to officials, the man was spotted by local residents, who informed the police about the incident.
A police team soon reached the spot and took cognizance of the matter.
Police have initiated an investigation to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the incident.
