Bijbhera: Former J&K chief minister Mehbooba Mufti’s cousin Sarwar Mufti has joined Azad’s DPAP in South Kashmir’s Anantnag on Saturday.
As per media reports, Sarwar joined the party at a function led by DPAP chief Ghulam Nabi Azad in Bijbehara town today. However, Azad said that Mufti’s closed doors while he was on a visit to Mufti Sayeed’s graveyard for Fateh-e-Khani (supplication for the deceased).
As per Azad, he offered the Fateh-e-Khani outside the graveyard.
While commenting on the development, DPAP leader Mohammad Amin Bhat said that it is unfortunate the door of the graveyard was open for BJP’s Ravindra Raina but closed for Gh Nabi Azad.
