Kargil: Winter vacations have been announced for the students up to middle school by the administration in Zanskar regions’s Kargil and Ladakh districts on Tuesday.
“The winter vacations for class upto 8th standard shall begin from December 04,2023 and the vacations for classes 9th and 11th from December 18,2023. The class work for students of class 10th and 12th will continue this year,” chief executive councillor Ladakh, Dr Jaffer Akhoon said.
The decision was taken after a detailed discussion with the concerned officials and council, the notice has been forwarded to the commissioner secretary, he added.
