Srinagar, March 3 — Srinagar Police arrested Mohammad Zaid, a resident of Okhla Vihar, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi, in connection with a drug peddling case.
According to police, narcotics were smuggled via courier.
The arrest follows an investigation into an FIR (No. 01/2025) registered under the NDPS Act at Karan Nagar Police Station, police said in a statement.
Zaid’s involvement surfaced during the probe, leading to his arrest and subsequent remand, it added.
