Srinagar: J&K administration under Lieutenant Governor ordered removal of Civil Judge Naveen Jamwal, (junior division) from services with immediate effect on Monday.
According to a government order passed by the order of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, the action against Jamwal follows recommendations of the Full court of High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
“The Lieutenant Governor is pleased to order the removal of Naveen Jamwal, Civil Judge (junior division)/Munsiff from service with immediate effect,” the order of copy, reads.
