Srinagar: Ghulam Mohammad Wani, a 70-year-old resident of Zewan Police Colony in Srinagar, died of a cardiac arrest while performing the circumambulation (Tawaf) around the Holy Kaaba, according to reports.
Funeral in absentia scheduled in Zewan Police Colony at 3 PM today.
Wani leaves behind two sons, Sayaar Ahmad Wani and Zahoor Ahmad Wani, both serving in the police department.
