Srinagar: The University of Kashmir on Friday formally announced the summer vacations for the main campus and its satellite campuses – which is scheduled to start from July 23, 2022.
According to the notification, the university announced for eight days i.e. from 23rd July 2022 to 31st July 2022.
“This is for the information of all concerned that the Teaching Departments of the University and its satellite campuses shall observe summer vacations from 23rd July, 2022 to 31st July 2022,” it said.

However, all the departmental offices shall function normally and the Heads of the Departments/Directors of Campuses/centers shall ensure that the examinations (theory/practical), if any, are conducted as per schedule”, reads a notification.
“Also for the convenience of the students and research scholars, the departmental labs and hostels shall remain functional during the period of summer break”, it reads further.
