Srinagar: An increase in coronavirus cases continued unabated in Jammu and Kashmir with 631 infections reported in the last 24 hours while no death was reported during the time, officials said on Sunday.
As per reports, 264 cases were reported from Jammu division and 367 from Kashmir division.
Besides, they said, 193 Covid-19 patients recovered during the last 24 hours- 85 from Jammu division and 108 from Kashmir Valley.
Currently, there are now 3229 active case— 1726 in Jammu and 1513 in Kashmir.
The officials also said there was no new confirmed case of mucormycosis (black fungus) reported today.
So far 51 black fungus cases have been confirmed in J&K, the officials said.
They also informed that 1772 doses of covid-19 vaccine were administered during the time in J&K.
