Srinagar: The government on Tuesday appointed additional chief secretary Atal Dulloo as the enquiry officer for the construction work of flats from 1 BHK to 2 BHK to transit accommodation of Kashmiri migrants.
According to an order issued by Commissioner Secretary to the Government Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Dulloo, who is also Financial Commissioner, has been appointed “as Inquiry officer to implement construction work of flats from 1 BHK to 2 BHK for transit accommodation of Kashmiri Migrants at Vessu, District Kulgam and Sheikhpura, District Budgam.”
"The Director Finance, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction shall be the presenting officer,” the order reads.
The order reads that the enquiry officer shall complete the report at earliest.
