Sopore: Citing non-payment of rent, the LG administration sealed at least 25 shops in north Kashmir’s Sopore town on Wednesday.
An official said that at least 25 shops were sealed over non-payment of rent towards Municipal Council for the last several years.
The shops were situated near Iqbal Park, he said.

"They were already informed through notices from time to time, however, they failed to pay the rent, which led to sealing of the shops," he added.
