Kangan: A 26-year-old youth from Pir Panchal’s Poonch region drowned to death while taking a bath in Wangath Nallah (stream) in Babanagri area of central Kashmir’s Kangan, according to reports.
The youth has been identified as Muhammad Mustafa Gojar, 26, son of Muhammad Iqbal, resident of Dharandasfi Mendhar, Poonch.
Reports said that he drowned while taking a bath on Tuesday.
His body was fished out and shifted to SDH Kangan where doctors declared him brought dead. The body was later handed to the family for last rites after completing the medico legal formalities.
