Bandipora, Jan 04: Three troopers were killed and three others critically injured in a road accident on Saturday when a military vehicle plunged into a deep gorge in the SK Payeen area of Bandipora, north Kashmir.
Officials confirmed that the vehicle skidded off the Bandipora-Srinagar road, resulting in severe injuries to six.
“Two died at the District Hospital Bandipora shortly after being brought in, while three others were transferred to Srinagar for advanced treatment. One of them succumbed to his injuries on the way.”
