In the last 24 hours, 81 Palestinian civilians have been killed and 223 others injured by Israel in the Gaza Strip bringing the killing toll to 35,984 people and 80,643 injured since Israel began its war on Gaza.
According to the health ministry, 81 civilians, with the majority of the victims being women and children were killed in the last 24 hours across Gaza.
Meanwhile, ambulance and rescue teams are still unable to retrieve many victims as their dead bodies are trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave because Israeli forces continue to obstruct the movement of the ambulance and civil defence crews.
