Srinagar: On Saturday, the Special Judge NIA TADA Court granted interim bail to Journalist and editor Fahad Shah, who was arrested on February 04 for covering the family version after an encounter.
While the family allegedly said that their son 17-year old Inayat wasn't a militant, police said he was a 'hybrid' Militant.
Fahad was booked under section 13 UAPA (punishment for unlawful activities), IPC 124 A (sedition) and IPC 505 (intent to incite)
However, Fahad's lawyer Umer Ronga confirmed his release on Twitter.
"The majesty of law has been upheld; the administration couldn't dominate maliciously while the judiciary rescued him courageously," he tweeted.
