Srinagar, March 13 —At least 58 non-locals have been issued domicile certificates in Beerwah, Budgam, based on marriage, the Jammu and Kashmir government, led by the National Conference, informed the Legislative Assembly on Thursday.
Responding to a query from Beerwah MLA Dr. Muhammad Shafi, Social Welfare Minister Sakina Masood (Ittoo) stated in a written reply that these certificates were granted on marriage grounds.
