Srinagar: A youth from Srinagar’s Sonwar area, identified as Haseeb Bhat was stabbed by two 17-year-old juveniles, whose identities have not been disclosed.
According to a senior police officer, the incident occurred near Zero Inn Rajbagh, where the victim was assaulted by the two boys, resulting in injuries.
The injured youth was swiftly taken to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Following the attack, the accused individuals attempted to flee by jumping into the Jhelum River.
However, the Border Security Force (BSF) who are stationed at the peripheries of the area successfully apprehended them.
