Kulgam: A 30-year-old youth was killed in a road accident in South Kashmir’s Kulgam on Thursday, an official said.
An official identified the deceased as Javid Gulzar, 30-year-old from Sehpora Kulgam.
He lost his life in a road accident near PHC Katrasoo Kulgam, he said.
The motorcyclist lost control when a dog unexpectedly darted his path, leading to the bike skidding off the road, he added.
