Director MeT, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmad, said intermittent rain and snow in higher reaches will continue until March 15, with light rain and snow at a few places on March 16, improving by the afternoon.

The weather is expected to remain generally dry from March 17 to 21.

Authorities have advised travelers, tourists, and transporters to follow traffic advisories, while farmers have been urged to suspend farm operations until March 16.ย
