Two Non-Local Labourers Killed in Shopian, ‘Hybrid’ Held: Police

Shopian: Two non-local laborers were killed last night after suspected militants lobbed a grenade on their rented accommodation in the Harmain area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district and a ‘hybrid’ has been held. 

A police official said that militants lobbed a grenade at the structure in which these laborers were living to earn their livelihood. 
 
He said that in the incident two non-local laborers identified as Manish Kumar and Ram Sagar both residents of Kanoj, Uttar Pradesh got injured and succumbed to injuries later.
 
Meanwhile, ADGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar said that a ‘hybrid’ involved in the attack has been arrested besides that further investigation and raids are going on
