Kupwara: In two separate incidents, two men died after falling from poplar, walnut trees in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday.
Both of the deceased were identified as 35-year-old Mohammad Rafiq Ganaie from Lassipora village of Sogam in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district and 40-year-old Mohammad Ayoub Mir from Nowgam Mawer area of the district.
As per reports, Mr Ganaie was pruning its branches when he fell off. When he was shifted to the SDH (sub-district hospital) Sogam, doctors declared him brought dead and Mr Mir succumbed to the injuries.
