Srinagar: Two persons including a woman were killed in two separate road accidents in central and south Kashmir on Monday amid heavy rains.
A woman was killed while another one was injured after a bus hit a scooty (two wheeler) in Hush Nush Chinar area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
The deceased has been identified as Kulsuma wife of Yasir Ahmad Sofi of Giraj Ganderbal—
As per reports, the woman was riding pillion and died on the spot after a bus hit the scooty near Hush-Nush Chinar and the injured he has been rushed to a nearby hospital.
Separately, A motorcyclist was killed died while two others were injured after being hit by an unknown vehicle in Achabal area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
As per reports, an unknown vehicle hit bike, resulting in on spot death to its rider and injuries to two others.
The deceased has been identified as Gull Mohd Ganie S/o Ali Mohd Ganie R/o Tailwani.
However, his age wasn’t immediately known.
