Budgam: Two boys were injured after being attacked by a bear in forests of Khansahib area in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Tuesday.
An official identified the injured duo as Ishaq Ahmad (18) and Mushtaq Ahmad Poswal (24), residents of Ringzabal in Khansahib.
He said that the duo was attacked by a bear in Ringzabal forests.
"Both of the injured persons were initially taken to PHC (public Heath centre) Hardapunzoo by local residents for treatment."
However, they were referred to JVC (Jhelum Valley College) Srinagar hospital for advanced medical care, he added.
