Srinagar: A pair of fire mishaps damaged three goods stores in the Pinche Mandi area of Batmaloo and a godown in Chattabal area of Srinagar city, according to officials.
The first incident adhered when a fire erupted in a store dedicated to storing clothes and various goods early in the morning.
Simultaneously, another blaze broke out in a nearby godown, rapidly engulfing the entire structure, as reported by an official.
Although the firefighting teams extinguished both blazes, however, shops and the godown were completely damaged.
In response to the incidents, the police have initiated an investigation to determine the causes and circumstances surrounding the twin fire mishaps.
