Poonch: J&K police have booked three alleged OGWs (Overground Workers) under the Public Safety Act (PSA) in Pir Panchal region’s Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.
They have been identified as Iftar Ahmed @Kaka son of Mohd Rashid, Khurshid Ahmed son of Nazar Hussain and Ghulam Abass son of Lal Hussain, all residents of Gursai, Tehsil Mendhar, District Poonch.
Police maintained that they were assessed to be posing a threat to the safety and security of the state.
The order was obtained from the District Magistrate Poonch, police added.
