Budgam: On the intervening night of Friday and Saturday, unidentified thieves looted cash from non-local labourers, who were living in a rented shop at Batpora area of Chadoora, central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
The non-local Labourers allegedly said that they were sleeping at their rented shop when four unknown persons turned up and thrashed them.
“Later, they ran away with Rs 15, 000 cash,” they said.
They also alleged that a cell-phone was also snatched from them, however, in the morning when they returned from a nearby police after registering a complaint, the mobile phone was placed outside their shop.
