Poonch:
Days after the forces killed two unidentified militants in the woods of Thanamandi area of Rajouri district, search operations are continuing consecutively for the fourth day in areas of Poonch, Rajouri and Samba.
“Security forces conducted search operation in Maheshwar area of Samba after “movement of suspicious persons was captured on CCTV,” the officials said.

Earlier on Friday, a fierce gun fight took place in which two unidentified militants were killed but a family from Shopian has approached police, claiming that one of the slain was their kin.
They identified him as Rameez Ahmad Tantray (23) from Jamnagery Shopian.
Officials said the DNA sampling was done after family attributions
Pertinently, Rameez was missing from his home since 2018 and a missing report stands lodged in the Herpora police station.
