Pulwama: A motorcyclist lost his life when he was crushed by a speeding tipper in the Kangan area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday.
According to official reports, the deceased has been identified as Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, the son of Khursheed Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Tilsara Pakherpora Budgam. His age wasn’t known immediately.
As per reports, the accident occurred when a tipper with the registration number JK13G 1817 collided with Mr. Bhat’s motorcycle, resulting in his immediate demise.
Witnesses on the scene reported that the tipper driver fled from the accident site soon after the collision. However, Police swiftly responded to the incident, launching an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
