Srinagar: NIA (National Investigation Agency) alike State Investigating Agency (SIA) on Thursday filed charge sheet against two persons from north Kashmir Handwara area who are accused for issuing SIM cards while using forged documents and misusing the same.
The two accused persons have been identified as Idress Ahmad Baba, son of Abdul Ahad – resident of Wuder Payeen Handwara and Asif Ahmad Dar, son of Mohd Jamal Dar – resident of Khaipora Rajwara, Handwara.
“On the basis of evidence collected, allegations were proved against the above mentioned accused persons who had issued SIMs by forging the election cards of different persons without their knowledge,” SIA statement said
As per SIA, they are agents of franchisee namely Bin-amin communication which is located in the Zachaldara area of Handwara.
