Srinagar: Secretary to J&K government, health, and medical education department Mr. Bhupinder Kumar today released the maiden issue of the Journal of Integrative Medicine and Public Health (JIMPH), a peer review multi-disciplinary medical research journal published by the Department of Community Medicine GMC Srinagar.
The function was attended by Dr. Samia Rashid Principal and Dean of GMC Srinagar and Dr. S. Muhammad Salim Khan, professor, and head of, the department of Community Medicine GMC Srinagar who’s also the editor of the research journal.
The journal will be published in six months and shall cater to the publishing needs of scientists and researchers from diverse fields related to health.
The JIMPH is published by Wolters Kluwer Medknow, a global publishing house and the journal has been permitted by the health and medical education department as the official journal of Community Medicine GMC Srinagar.
