Srinagar: The Directorate of School Education Department have ordered to change the school timings in Kashmir Valley on Monday.
Within the municipal limits of Srinagar, the timing is scheduled as 9.00 am to 3.pm. However, the areas falling on outskirts will observe classes from 10.00 am to 4.00. Pm.
“All the Government and Private (recognized) Schools of Kashmir Division shall observe school timings as 9:00 am to 3:00 pm within Municipal limits of Srinagar city and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in areas falling outside Municipal limits of Srinagar w.e.f 01.10.2022,” Directorate of School Education Department said in an order.
A day before, the school timing were changed for the Jammu region as well.
