Srinagar: Samba police on Sunday arrested an alleged drug peddler from Tarn-Taran area of Punjab, a district in the Majha region adjacent to Jammu’s Samba, officials said on Monday.
As per the officials, the peddler has been identified as Kulwinder Singh of Gujjarpur, Tehsil Khandur Sahib, District Tarn Taran, Punjab.
“He was the hardcore heroin smuggler, supplier, and wanted in multiple drug cases in Samba, the official said.
His arrest executed investigative links of notorious smuggling and money laundering cases, he added.
